[Vouchers] Will my voucher be reinstated if my order is cancelled or refunded?

Your voucher (Cashback vouchers and Shopee discount vouchers) will be automatically reinstated within 24 to 48 hours after an order cancellation or refund has been approved. This is provided that the following conditions are met:
- The voucher is still within the validity period for use.
- The voucher was applied to one order only
⚠️ Note:
- Suppose you have applied your voucher across multiple orders and one of the orders was cancelled or refunded, the voucher amount applied to the cancelled/refunded order will not be reinstated automatically.
- If your order has been approved for a partial refund, the voucher used for that order will not be returned or reinstated.
